The Iron Rebel Compression Elbow Sleeves are offered in 1/2 inch increments to allow for a precise fit.

How to measure: Wrap a soft measuring tape around the elbow in a relaxed state. Ensure that the tape is not too tight, but also not loosely hanging. You can’t “guess” a size, so make sure to follow this process.

How to choose your size: Select the size closest down from your measurement. For instance, if your elbow measures 32.7 centimeters, choose the 33 centimeter sleeves. If your elbow measures 32.1 centimeters, choose the 31.8 centimeter sleeves.
