Payment

Only-Approved accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Reservation of funds

When using payment cards, both debit and credit, an amount equal to the purchase is reserved. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Once the order is shipped, the funds are debited from your account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.

Authorization on a debit card

With a debit card, you will see that the money is reserved in your account, and your available balance will appear as reduced. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the funds, but the reservation will still be valid for a period of time. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.

Authorization on a credit card

The money will only be debited from your account and reflected in your statement when the webshop processes and collects payment for your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.

Only-Approved ships goods using the following: GLS – Parcel Shop.

The shipping cost is calculated based on weight.

You will have the option to choose between having the package sent ‘without delivery’ or ‘with delivery’..

You will always receive a tracking number. So you can track your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Right of withdrawal

A 14-day full right of return is granted for items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

A request for withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be in our possession no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

A request to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent via email support@only-approved.dk. The message must clearly indicate your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The condition of the item upon return

You are responsible for any depreciation of the item’s value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, characteristics, and functionality. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you may receive a partial refund or no refund at all. It is up to Only-Approved to assess the condition of the item.

Warranty Rights

A 2-year warranty is provided for products in accordance with Danish consumer law The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Only-Approved within a reasonable time after receiving the item. Here, a maximum of Two months is considered a reasonable time here, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The warranty is voided in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Only-Approved covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others; it is only stored in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.

Complaint options

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be reached, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

As a general rule, it is a prerequisite for filing a complaint that the item or service you wish to complain about has cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must, as a rule, be at least 720 DKK. The monetary limits may change. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
