Lecithin is a fat-like substance called phospholipid. It is composed mostly of B vitamins, phosphoric acid, choline, linoleic acid and inositol. Lecithin contains all the phosphatides found naturally in cell membranes. Lecithin works by maintaining cell membrane structure and increasing cell membrane fluidity.
Each Lecithin softgel capsule provides you with 1200 mg of natural lecithin extracted from soybeans.

Directions
Take 1 softgel capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such.
