During our daily lives, our body is often exposed to the effects of oxidative stress to a greater or lesser degree. Our vitamin E product can provide support as a supplement to the former2, as the vitamin E content has antioxidant properties, i.e. it contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin. In terms of dietary sources, it is found in the largest quantities in vegetable oils (sunflower, olive, wheat germ, pumpkin seeds), as well as in cereal sprouts and seeds (almonds, hazelnuts).

Directions:

Consume 1 soft gelatin capsule daily with a large glass of water!
